The Bespoke Overcoat plot
Fender is a humble clerk in the warehouse of a clothing manufacturer. His only ambition is an overcoat of his own and the cold-blooded employer Ranting refuses to give him one. Fender asks a tailor friend, Morry, to make one for him. Not wanting to give up his one wish even in death, Fender returns as a ghost to persuade Morry to steal the overcoat he so coveted in his life.
