Hellesbay is a run-down neighborhood controlled by street thugs. Growing up in this bleak neighborhood, a group of teenagers live between drugs, alcohol and violence. Teachers and students fight for self-esteem every day. Then Rex, a strange boy who loves poetry and has a creative vision, ends up in this neighborhood. He is immediately felt as an outsider. But Rex refuses to be intimidated. And with time, the young people start to listen to him and stand up for their rights...
