Simón Bolívar plot

In the period 1817-1823, the people of Venezuela fought for independence against the Spanish colonial army. This struggle for independence was waged by separate movements. What seems like a hopeless struggle takes on more structure when General Simon Bolivar goes from Europe to Venezuela and manages to forge the movements into a solid whole.
