Romeo & Juliet plot

"Did my heart love till now?"

An adaptation of Shakespeare's tragedy set in contemporary Italy. Two young lovers strive to transcend a violent world where Catholic and secular values collide. They marry, but Romeo is banished outside the walls of Verona and ends up alone in a bare room with stone floors, steel beams and one lonely high window.
