River Song plot

Tashi is a lonely, single man living on the outskirts of a small town in a former gas station. The town is slowly being flooded by water from a reservoir that is being constructed nearby. Despite the imminent danger, Tashi does not want to leave, because there are many memories. Then he needs Eshna, who has come with her husband to oversee the construction of the dam. Though they don't understand each other's language and their cultures differ, Tashi and Eshna slowly begin to bond by finding companionship in their loneliness.
