Restored Me plot

"Let your mess be your message."

Twenty-seven-year-old Julio Velasquez comes out of prison where he was wrongfully imprisoned and returns with his girlfriend Monica and their daughter Lia. His best friend Chris lands him a job at the local cinema where he qualifies with the most unusual colleagues. Despite the new opportunities he gets in his life, he is angry about the past. A visit from his former basketball coach, now a priest, allows Julio to slowly make peace with his past. While Julio is busy bonding with his family, befriending new colleagues and coming to terms with his own past, he learns that the cinema he loves isn't what it seems.
