A team of five prospectors has just had their first successes when one of them breaks mentally and kills two others. The two survivors, husband and wife, manage to overpower the killer. They are faced with a dilemma because they cannot hand the man over to the authorities in a short time. Should they take the law into their own hands, or should they risk bringing him to civilization alive?
