Per un Figlio plot

Sunita, a middle-aged Sri Lankan woman, is a nurse and lives with her teenage son on the outskirts of an Italian city. The relationship with her son is difficult. He hardly communicates with her and isolates himself from the world around him. The boy was born and raised in Italy and that only widens the gap between mother and child.
