Pastorali plot
In 'Pastorali', a group of young musicians leave the city for a few months to a small village in northern Georgia, where the people speak a language that is understood by less than half a million people. They find shelter with a truck driver and his family. For the musicians as well as for the villagers, their stay means contact with another culture. One of the daughters of the truck driver forms the connecting link between the two cultures. She lets the musicians discover all kinds of 'secrets' of the countryside and learns to make music from them.
