Even now, Sautet does not disappoint, although it must be said that the class of Michel Serrault and the beautiful, intelligent of Emmanuelle Béart do justice to the subtlety of the characters' feelings and prevent the film from falling into monotony.
A film about intimacy and attachment, delivered calmly, with good dialogues, with a bit of suspense and, above all, with, in addition to the two already mentioned, a couple of excellent actors.

Fantastic role for Serrault opposite a detached Béart in this very French film by Sautet.
