Namak Haraam plot
The story is about Somnath (Somu) who lives in a slum of Delhi with his single mother, and unmarried sister, Sarla. He is friends with the wealthy Vikram (Vicky) Maharaj who lives in Calcutta. When Vicky's father, Damodar, has a heart attack, he is advised to rest for two months. This leaves his son, Vicky, to run his business. But he gets into an argument with an employee, Bipinlal Pandey, who is also a union leader. This causes a strike. Vicky's father wants him to apologize. Vicky tells this to his good friend Somu. Both vow to teach Bipinlal a lesson. But then a strange turn comes in their lives.
