Le Journal de Lady M plot

Lady M performs in the lesser known nightclubs of Paris. She is a gifted singer but her work is not of the popular kind. Despite the fact that she will not become famous, she enjoys life as a singer outside the mainstream genre. One evening, a Spanish painter who has seen her perform comes backstage to meet her. They become acquainted and he returns to Spain. However, the painter has unleashed something of passion in Lady M and she visits him in Catalonia where she has a stormy relationship with him. She is so in love with him that when she finds out that he is married to a negress and has a child, she doesn't mind, in fact, she invites the family to Paris. Once there, they share each other's love.
