A woman is told by her husband that he has found someone else and wants a divorce. Even their daughter is no support in her boundless despair, as she forgets all self-respect in the efforts to win her husband back. She even starts a love triangle. The mistress breaks down because of her beloved's indecision and only then does the wife find the courage to break up with her husband.
