La Buena Voz plot

Pepe, a taxi driver in his fifties lives a cosmic existence until he suffers a heart attack. His devoted and childless wife, Rosa, has longed to adopt a child, but Pepe refuses to hear of it. The two receive a visit from Begonia, an old friend, who is back in Bilbao to visit her son, Jordi. She has amazing notices for Rosa and Pepe; Pepe is Jordi's biological father. Rosa is very happy about this, but Pepe is shocked because Jordi is gay and he immediately rejects him.
