Kif Tebbi plot

Shortly before the Italo-Turkish War, Ismaïl returns from Europe to Ottoman-occupied Libya. He is filled with admiration for modern Western technology and culture, which is received with skepticism by both his compatriots and the occupiers. He soon falls in love with the nomadic girl Mné. When war breaks out, Ismaïl must free his beloved from the hands of the Ottomans and a rival.
