Set in the Los Angeles County jail, the story follows Raymond Saxx Jr., a powerful record executive who wakes up from a drug-induced intoxication to find himself incarcerated in K-11, the place where inmates keep the other prison population. would not survive. He ends up in a nightmare where transsexual diva Mousey is in charge. A confused young transsexual named Butterfly, a predatory child molester and the ruthless Sheriff Lt. Johnson complicate matters even more. It seems impossible for Ray to reach the outside world and regain his freedom. He will therefore have to learn to maneuver in this new balance of power if he is to make it out alive.
