Dossier K. plot
A brutal murder of a key figure of the Albanian mafia in Antwerp sets in motion an inescapable clan war. According to the laws of the Kanun, an ancient code of honor from the inhospitable mountains of Albania, blood must be avenged with blood, and it is only a matter of time before more victims fall. Erik Vincke and Freddy Verstuyft are dragged into a fateful spiral from which no one seems to be able to escape.

If Koen de Bouw is on the casting list, then for me the film is already largely successful. Dossier K is a film that pales in comparison to many American films in this genre. Fascinating and exciting based on a good and realistic story. Even with very good humor here and there, especially related to the friction between Vincke and De Keyser. In terms of complications, I agree with Boenga: too standard and too clichéd. They should have nailed Bracke and De Keyser to the pillory a little more clearly for me. Other than that, very good movie.

Entertaining, but a bit on the long side. The story is not really movie-worthy wmb, more like mini-series. Some scenes seem a bit clumsy, others are very convincing.

Great crime with a good story and a nice structure that keeps it interesting throughout the film. And well acted too. There's just one thing I didn't understand. Nazim was arrested at the villa. But later he is also in Albania. How could that be? Or did I miss something?
