Ingaló plot

Nineteen-year-old Ingalo works on her father's fishing boat, with whom she regularly quarrels. After another scene, she goes out. At a sailor's party, she gets involved in a fight and is arrested by the police. After her release, she goes to work on another ship, but the catch is subpar, so she has to take a job at a fish factory. She complains about the appalling working conditions and wants to encourage her colleagues to go on strike.
