Gaza Mon Amour plot
'Gaza Mon Amour' is the love story between a sixty-year-old fisherman, Issa, and a seamstress, Siham. Stoically resigned to his life as a perpetual bachelor, Issa has stubbornly ignored his sister's attempts to help him find a betrothed, even though he is secretly in love with Siham. One night while fishing, he makes a remarkable catch: a statue of Apollo.

Touching drama about the budding love between middle-aged people in a depressed environment. Apart from the story, it is mainly the performances of the experienced Salim Dau and Hiam Abbass that hold the attention. An honest, sensitive film.
