Gavaznha plot
A thief is injured in a confrontation with the police, but manages to flee. He visits a friend in the hope that he can hide his loot there. But once in his house, he discovers that his friend is a drug addict. He hangs around to help him kick the habit, but the police are still on his tail and it eventually comes to another confrontation.
