A honeymoon turns into a nightmare when the man, named Brendan, falls from a hotel balcony and dies. Sarah, Brendan's wife, is left with a lot of grief. After the autopsy, it turns out that Brendan's death was not an accident and that he was murdered. Brendan's sister tries to convince the authorities that Sarah is responsible for his death. Sarah will have to do everything she can to prove her innocence, or she will be separated from her stepdaughter Kennedy forever.
