Faan se Trein plot

"A mans innocence, a towns injustice"

Faan is a simple man who has never lost the innocence of his childhood. Together with his father and their housekeeper, they live in a small village in the Karoo. The villagers are divided about Faan, some love him, others are afraid of him and would like to see him leave. When Faan's father dies and the inheritance has to be divided between Faan and the church, the village is torn by stinginess.
