El Amparo plot

1988. In the village of El Amparo, on the Venezuelan-Colombian border, two men survive an armed robbery near the Aruaca River that kills 14 of their comrades. They claim to be just local fishermen, but the military accuses the two of guerrilla activities. The people of the village desperately try to avoid being taken by the army.
