Tepito is a neighborhood in Mexico City where the dreams of many unfortunate people come true. But Tepito is also run by organized crime and corrupt politicians. Two young men, once good friends, are blinded by greed and turn their backs on each other. Their intentions are to destroy each other's families, and possibly their own lives.
