Young mental patient Gunther Wyckoff first kills a bus driver, then draws his gun in a bar and takes the staff and customers hostage. As the police surround the bar, Wyckoff is about to kill several customers when the phone rings.

I wouldn't call this a noir, but a good hostage film about a mentally disturbed man who kills 6 people
imprisoned in a bar.
The cast is relatively unknown, but the one who plays the perpetrator does it frighteningly well.
