An aging, distinguished and wealthy diplomat realizes that he has a twenty-year-old son somewhere in France. He decides to visit him and give him the necessary attention. He goes to live in his neighborhood but soon clashes with his character. Moreover, both want to get married and are interested in the same young woman.
