A rather uninteresting film starring Michael Biehn, who goes after his father's twin brother here, after the latter had asked him before his death to retrieve stolen goods. This film is a complete mess that goes nowhere. The most interesting thing is Nicolas Cage, who delivers perhaps his craziest performance ever here.
