Confidences pour Confidences plot
Brigitte tells the story of her family, from the mid-1950s, when she was 17 years old. While writing, she remembers her two sisters Pierrette and Florence as well as their dog Popeye. One day the doctor advised Brigitte to go to the countryside for several months because she was suffering from anemia. She then went to stay with her grandparents while her family settled in Paris. After the death of her grandmother, the young girl returned to her family and realized how much her sisters had changed and how mature they had already become: Pierrette was engaged, and Florence worked in the cinema. Ten years pass. Pierrette is now married and Brigitte does small jobs to earn a living. In an office, Brigitte makes the acquaintance of François, who immediately likes her and whom she will often see again.
