"Psst... have a good time with us in the city after dark."

The poor women pin their hopes on the city for a better life. While the men lure and use the women for prostitution, things like drugs and crime are now commonplace in the streets. While ruining each other's lives, husband and wife are also each other's chance at hope and survival in the whimsical city of Manila.
