Chilsu wa Mansu plot
Chilsu and Mansu are two friends who paint billboards for a living. They live quite comfortably and have fun with each other and their friend Chin-a. Mansu's father is a political prisoner, but he does nothing to help him. Chilsu can only dream of emigrating to relatives in Miami. Then they are told that Chin-a will be married off and that Mansu's father will not get the day off from prison, promised for his sixtieth birthday. In response, they climb high on a billboard and start chanting slogans.
