Chelovek s Ruzhyom plot
A propagandistic historical drama telling the story of the roles of Lenin and Stalin in the Bolshevik 'October Revolution'. This seen through the eyes of the hero; an ignorant, simple and easy-going farmer. This peasant is initially apolitical, but gradually becomes an active champion of the Bolshevik cause. As a soldier, he becomes entangled in the events surrounding the Revolution.
