Broken Blossoms plot
Chen, a spiritual and peace-loving man, lives in the Limehouse district of London. Chen is a Buddhist, a way of life that he recommends and teaches to everyone. Chen is attracted to Lucy Borrows, a girl who is beaten by her tyrannical boxing father. When Lucy is attacked again, Chen frees her from her father's hands. However, he does not thank Chen for that. Remake of DW Griffith's 1919 classic.
