Heather and Charlie meet at Black Tar Road, a remote truck stop. Heather (Noelle Messier) is a seasoned truckstop prostitute with no illusions. Charlie (Amber Dawn Lee) is a heroin-addicted drug mule. Both struggle to survive. Then it turns out that even in the most remote and desolate place on earth you can still find some happiness.
