Avril Brisé plot
In Albania efforts are made in vain to get rid of the current government. It is a blood feud where the vendetta of Corsica seems child's play. To obey this law, one man kills another. Then he must pay, after which he can be killed in turn, and so on. The government sends in a young dignitary who studied in France - so an educated person - and his young French wife.
