Amok plot

Ex-football pro Heimo joins a vigilante to protect his neighborhood from the youthful heroin dealers and users. However, he wants to allow more than his limited powers: keep the entire neighborhood drug-free and put the dealers under lock and key. Frustrated because in his eyes the police are not doing enough, he takes action himself, resulting in a bloodbath.
