Welcome Europa plot

Welcome Europe follows a number of young immigrants from Morocco and Romania in their search for work and a better life in Europe. However, life in Europe is not as rosy as they imagined beforehand. Due to lack of money they sleep on the street or in cars and often they have to deal with the police and discrimination. Sometimes they end up in prostitution in order to survive, an experience made even more excruciating because of their religious background. The personal, intimate approach of filmmaker Bruno Ulmer makes the feeling of homesickness and humiliation almost palpable.
