Wasser und Seife plot

In a Hamburg laundromat, the work mules are on duty for the resolute Tatjana, the timid Gerti and her friend Monika. The work in the company is very hard and the earnings are low. In extreme heat and noise, the three employees sweat all day and fall asleep in their room at night, completely exhausted. There is little time for a private life. Like many others on the fringes of society, they have to fight for their daily existence.
