"A Routine Encounter Takes A Bad Turn"
Breaion King, a 26-year-old African-American schoolteacher from Austin, Texas, is stopped for a simple traffic violation. However, this escalates into a heavy-handed arrest, which is captured on the police car's 'dashcam' footage.
