The Rainforests Are under Threat plot

This documentary charts the key factors endangering the Peruvian rainforest. Ongoing climate change, but especially human actions such as uncontrolled deforestation, poaching and gold mining, threaten the extraordinary rainforest ecosystem that is home to many species of animals, birds and plants found nowhere else in the world. Director Jérôme Dolbert wants to make the public aware of the seriousness of these events and also paints a picture of the people who are fighting to protect nature.
