The London Underground Killer plot

At a police station in south London, the police are shocked when they find a murdered man in a locked cell. The killer turns out to be the man's cellmate, a homeless man named Kieran Kelly, who is serving time for theft. Police questioned Kelly, who has a long criminal record for minor crimes. He immediately confesses to the murder, but the police are unprepared for Kelly's next confession; Kelly claims he has killed dozens of people over the past thirty years. To what extent was Kelly telling the truth? This documentary attempts to answer that question.
