The Lady Bird Diaries plot

“The Lady Bird Diaries” tells the story of one of history's most influential and least understood first ladies – Lady Bird Johnson – through her personal audio diaries. The role of the First Lady of the United States - and now also the First Gentleman - is interesting because it is often in the public eye, but does not always entail specific diplomatic responsibilities. Still, the spouse of the person often called the leader of the free world can have quite an impact, especially if their relationship with that spouse allows them to have a loudly heard voice.
