Poeti Veradardze plot

Jivani gets a new lease of life in Khachatryan's film. First by the sculptor who creates his image step by step. Later by the director, who lets the sculpture roam the country. Though made of stone, the poet is an excellent guide to his beautiful country. It is as if we are looking at his country through his eyes and through his poetry. The pride of the nation takes shape in the posture of the statue. From his lofty place on a large truck, Jivani shows us, next to still lifes of the beautiful nature, the singing, dancing and eating people.
