Los Abrazos del Río plot

On the Magdalena River in Colombia, people believe in the river god Mohan. According to the stories, he spends his time smoking, drinking, teasing fishermen and waiting for women. He takes these with him to the depths of the water, after which they either come back pregnant or disappear completely. Recently, however, Mohan has not been spotted on the water.
