The Amsterdam Pauline lives her life to the max, she travels the world as a model and goes from dance party to dance party. She is 31 when she is diagnosed with HIV. Her world collapses and she thinks her life is over. But today people can grow old with HIV and even have children. The illness forces her to drastically change her lifestyle. She takes a break to reflect on her past. Slowly the realization dawns on her that she has seen a lot of the world, but has achieved nothing. In Asia, Pauline finds out that she can still become a mother, but how do you, as a 36-year-old, find a man when HIV is involved? As she tries to find love and stability, there are temptations she cannot resist. During her search, Pauline struggles with the question: 'unsafe' sex, is that possible? Her best friend finds that unacceptable; has she learned nothing from the past? But then, out of nowhere, the Prince Charming comes into her life, who even wants a child with her. How can a moth with HIV become a mother and lead a normal family life?
