Hans van Manen - Meester van de Beweging plot

In the international dance world, choreographer Hans van Manen (1932) is known for his infinite creativity and constant quality. In a forty-year career as a choreographer, Van Manen has now made a hundred choreographies. In addition, however, he is also a gifted photographer, with the human body as the main theme. In a documentary portrait, van Manen talks about his life in a spiritual and entertaining way. Without using archival material - except for a single photo - the film shows Van Manen's personality and his international significance in the artistic field in twelve chapters.
