Frankie and Molly are two best friends who would rather smoke weed than grow up. When Frankie accidentally gets her hands on a suitcase containing an experimental psychedelic substance, their lives change drastically. While the drugs grant them and their cats telepathic powers, they are hunted by a group of criminals who want the substance back at all costs.
