Rucker Park is located on the corner of 155th and Frederick Douglas Boulevard in Harlem. At first glance, the basketball court there is no different from many other courts, but this is where nicknames are made and legends are born. On September 1, 2006, the top 24 high school basketball players stepped onto this field to compete in the first "Elite 24" tournament.
