En Enero, Quizás plot

After Romania's accession to the European Union in 2007, the Spanish government imposed a moratorium as a measure to curb the immigration of the Romanian population. Thousands of Romanians who came to Spain to look for work were issued a card with a foreign identification number that read: "Not allowed to work as an employee until January 2009". Dan, a homeless Romanian man struggling to survive on the streets of Barcelona, believes that in January 2009, when the 2-year transition period ends, he will be able to find a job and rebuild his life.
