Down the Mighty River with Steve Backshall plot

In the Indonesian province of Papua, the former Dutch New Guinea, naturalist and daredevil Steve Backshall descends from the Baliem valley to the mouth of the Baliem. Along the way, he hopes to encounter ancient tribes and dangerous animal species that live along the banks of the river and in the surrounding jungle. He begins his journey at Habbema Lake, braving the world's most raging whitewater stream.
