De Blauwe Familie plot

Police officers who report racism and discrimination see little change in the workplace. Victims are bullied, promoted or fired. Inclusiveness is professed by the corps leadership, but the practice is different. At a secret location, in this documentary six police officers, a lawyer and a union leader speak about the abuses in the workplace of the police.
